A Portsmouth native and graduate of I.C. Norcom High School, Sherri’s real estate journey began early—cleaning homes with her grandmother at seven and learning construction fundamentals from her father. She flipped her first property in 2008 and has since built a portfolio of 22 investment properties throughout the Tidewater region.

In addition, Sherri co-owns S&C Construction, further demonstrating her hands-on approach to real estate.
