However, it was his time as an Attorney Advisor in the real estate legal department of the U.S. Small Business Administration that solidified his expertise. There, he navigated complex commercial and residential transactions, seeing firsthand where the settlement process failed to serve the very people it was meant to empower.

He saw that the industry standard often felt cold and transactional, leaving agents and their clients feeling like just another file number. He knew there had to be a better way—a way that was not only more efficient but also more human.
